Lindsay Kitchen & Design Studio is a division of Lindsay Construction Inc., located in Chadds, Ford, PA. It started in 1987 when professional builder David Lindsay founded his construction company on one simple yet profound belief: every home should be as unique as the people who live in it. Now, with a talented team of builders and designers behind him, David wanted to extend the same guiding principles, quality craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail to create Lindsay Kitchen & Design Studio.

David is the charismatic leader of Lindsay Kitchen & Design Studio. His roots as a carpenter led to a life-long passion for craftmanship. His ambitions of becoming a furniture maker quickly shifted after recognizing the need for quality home builders. Over the past 30 years, David has developed an impressive portfolio of new home and renovation projects, specializing in historic properties, where his expertise on the finer details really shines. David operates with a ‘make it happen’ attitude and continually goes above & beyond to do right by his clients, who often turn to life-long friends.

CHRISTIE BOWMAN COYLE
Christie is the design manager at Lindsay Kitchen & Design Studio. After earning a degree in finance from Temple University, she made the leap to join Americorps NCCC. During her tenure with Americorps, she was tasked with two construction-based projects which reignited a life-long love of design and inspired the pursuit of her Master’s Degree in Interior Architecture & Design from Drexel University. Since joining the Lindsay team in 2017, she finds fulfillment in the opportunity to collaborate with clients and bring their dream spaces into reality.

CAROLYN AMBER
Carolyn is the lead designer at Lindsay Kitchen & Design Studio. Since earning her degree in Interior Design from Drexel University, she has spent the last decade honing in on her love and expertise of residential design. She has developed a passion for connecting with clients to see their visions come to fruition and advocate for them throughout the design and construction process. She finds inspiration in creating beautiful yet functional spaces that elevate clients lifestyles and spark joy in their daily lives.
