HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once the Design Agreement is finalized, the fun part begins! We start with our design kick-off meeting to get us acquainted with your personal style, daily life and wish list. We will browse inspiration photos and put together design concepts to help hone in on the desired aesthetic and overall direction. From there, we collaborate on floor plan iterations and develop 3D renderings until the final vision is determined. The phase leaves us with a guide for the rest of the project.

INITIAL MEETING + DESIGN AGREEMENT
Phase one begins with getting to know you and your home. We begin with an initial meeting and in-home consultation, during which we work together to determine your needs and develop a detailed scope of work. This step is crucial in figuring out whether our studio is a good fit for your project. After the initial visit, we’ll send over a design proposal with all the details and the estimated cost of the project.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
This phase is all about the details! Now that we have the vision and a strong understanding of how you use your home, we are fully equipped to finalize the details that will define your space. We’ll work through sourcing plumbing & lighting fixtures, and selecting all finish materials and furnishings. Once the drawings are refined and specifications are documented, a comprehensive package will be compiled to pass along to your contractor.

DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION + PROCUREMENT
This phase runs in tandem with construction. Prior to procurement, we coordinate lead times and communicate with your contractor to ensure all cabinetry, fixtures and finish materials are on site ahead of the construction schedule. During this phase, you can trust that we are acting as your advocate. We will make frequent and regular visits to the site to ensure design execution and the accuracy of every detail. We are available to address any questions that arise behind the scenes throughout construction.

CLOSE OUT + ENJOY!
Ta-daaa! It’s finally here! Upon completion of construction, we will work with you to install any furnishings and turn over your new space. Time to get back to your normal life and enjoy your beautiful and renewed home!
